Shanai is an experienced Soft Tissue Therapist with a background in sports injury management, rehabilitation, and women’s health. She uses a clinical approach combining soft tissue techniques, medical acupuncture, and movement-based therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellbeing.
